About Chamber Plate
Steam ironing base plate assembly and steam ironing equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to clothes ironing equipment, and particularly relates to a steam ironing bottom plate assembly and steam ironing equipment, wherein the front end of an ironing plate cannot be too high in temperature to scald clothes.
Background
The steam iron is used for ironing clothes by generating and releasing steam by the bottom plate assembly, the bottom plate assembly comprises an upper cover, a bottom plate and an ironing plate, the upper cover is assembled on the upper side of the bottom plate, a steam chamber is formed between the upper cover and the bottom plate, a heating body is arranged in the bottom plate, the ironing plate is assembled on the lower side of the bottom plate, a steam cavity is formed between the ironing plate and the bottom plate, the upper cover is provided with an input hole communicated with the steam chamber, the bottom plate is provided with a circulation hole for conveying steam to the steam cavity, and the ironing plate is provided with a steam hole for outwards releasing the steam in the steam cavity. During ironing, water (such as an electric iron of an invention patent with an issued publication number of CN 202030966U) or low-temperature steam (such as ironing equipment of an invention patent with an issued publication number of CN 110528250A) is conveyed to the steam generation chamber through the input hole, the water is converted into the steam or the low-temperature steam is converted into the high-temperature steam in the steam generation chamber by means of heat generated by a heating element arranged in the soleplate, then the steam flows to the steam cavity through the circulation hole on the soleplate, and finally the steam is released through the steam hole. During ironing, the ironing board either contacts the garment or is kept at a distance from the garment.
However, in the soleplate assembly of the prior art, the heat of the soleplate can be conducted to the ironing board through the contact part of the ironing board, and the soleplate and the front part of the ironing board are usually designed to be in a pointed shape and have a smaller area, when the part and other parts are assembled in the same way, the heat from the heating element can cause the temperature of the front end of the ironing board to be too high, and particularly, the temperature of the front end is higher when the steam is released in a state that the front end of the soleplate assembly is lifted upwards, so that the clothes can be easily scalded during ironing.
